Returns and exchanges
Unworn, in its box, and we will make it right.

The window
Return anything unworn and in its original box within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Exchange for a different size within 14 days. Sizing is the commonest reason a shoe goes back, so the exchange window is deliberately the longer of the two.
What we cannot take back
Footwear that has been worn outside, socks and underwear, and anything returned without its box.
Trying a shoe on indoors is not wearing it. We would rather you checked the fit properly.
The sole warranty
Every pair carries a 2-year warranty against the sole separating or splitting in normal use. Bring the shoes and the order reference to any store.
Wear from use is not a fault, and a sole worn smooth over a year of running is wear.
