Prices and availability

Prices are in Nepali rupees. The price you see at checkout is the price charged.

Stock is held for you from the moment you place an order until it is paid for or the hold expires, so a size shown as available at checkout is genuinely yours.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you and cancel that line rather than substitute it.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. A handling fee of Rs 100 applies to cash orders below Rs 5,000, and is waived above it.

Where online payment is offered, the order is confirmed when the provider confirms the payment, not before.

Cancelling

You can cancel any order that has not shipped, by phone or email, at no cost.

Who you are contracting with

This section is incomplete: it needs the registered company details, which have not been supplied yet. It is left blank rather than filled with a plausible placeholder, because a wrong registration number reads as true.
